These training sessions allow us the opportunity to support the Practice Team in delivering high quality patient services.

Examples of training topics we will be covering this year are, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding for Adults & Children, Mental Capacity Act & Deprivation of Liberty, Information Governance, Fire Safety, Infection Control & Manual Handling.

Supporting patients with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Bereavement & Grief, and those who are Carers.

We also review situations where we could have done better, using Significant Event Learning. This enables us to discuss these situations and discuss key learning points with the Practice Team, which in turn helps us to improve our services to our patients
