Louise Allen, Practice Manager
The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Roxanne assists our Practice Manager in the management of the practice
Our team of Receptionists include Wendy, Sarah R, Judy, Tracy, Samantha W, Samantha M, Samantha R, Lorna & Sarah S
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point either face to face or over the telephone. They can provide you with information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important administrative tasks.
Tracy, Beth & Diane
Our medical secretaries provide administrative and secretarial support to the practice team. They also provide support and advice regarding patient referrals to Community services & Hospitals.
Antenatal care is Midwife led, a weekly clinic is held at the surgery. Please contact our Reception staff for further details
The Community Nurses are based at a central location and are not directly employed by the practice. They provide nursing services to the housebound and those recently discharged from hospital unable to attend the Surgery.
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
